Naledi advises owner-run businesses on shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts and the sale or restructuring of companies. She leads the firm's commercial practice and is the director accountable for most corporate matters.

Sipho runs the conveyancing department and handles property transfers, bond registrations and sectional title matters. He also reviews sale agreements for buyers and sellers before they sign.
